- Kickboxing is a sport with high aerobic properties. People burn high amounts of calories and provide weight control.

- Kickboxing reduces stress and helps the person to discharge. Hitting the punching bag or fighting with the opponent releases endorphins and gives a feeling of happiness.

- Kickboxing improves self-confidence. People learn to defend themselves and react quickly and effectively to situations they encounter.

- Kickboxing protects heart health. During sports, the heart works faster and more oxygen is transported to the body. In this way, blood circulation improves and toxins are removed.



Those who want to do kickboxing must start with a professional trainer. It is also important to use protective equipment such as gloves, helmet and mouthguard. There are 7 different branches in kickboxing sport. The most common among these branches are light contact, full contact and low kick.
